Dermafrac is an advanced treatment to rejuvenate the skin beginning with Microdermabrasion, a mechanical exfoliation to remove dead skin cells at the surface helping to smooth and soften the skin and refine the pores. This is then followed by gentle skin needling which involves the gliding of very small, fine needles over the skin surface using a soft vacuum pressure. The needling creates micro channels to the skin whilst simultaneously offering infusion of cosmeceuticals into this deeper cellular level. The micro channels stimulate the skins repair response which results in the production of collagen, leaving the skin feeling plump & glowing. The final step involves LED light to help calm the skin, reduce redness, inflammation & stimulate healing.

What are the key ingredients used?

Peptides help to improve the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles.

Hylauronic acid helps to protect against moisture loss, this specific combination also includes aloe, green and white tea and grape seed antioxidants to calm the skin.

Vitamin C guards against free radical damage, give the skin a boost of antioxidants and the skin will appear smooth and glowing.

Copper peptides optimize skin rejuvenation and regeneration for firmer, smoother skin and their calming properties soothe the skin during and after the procedure.

Kolic Acid is a proven, effective ingredient which acts upon melanin producingcells to assist in evening out the skin tone. Kolic Acid also has purifying and detoxifying properties.

Salicylic Acid exfoliates, clears clogged pores and purifies the skin. Lactic acid loosens the bonds between dead skin cells and reduces the formation of whiteheads and blackheads.

What skin conditions does it help with?

Dermafrac can treat a vast array of skin concerns including enlarged pores, congestion, mild acne scaring, ageing, fine lines, brown spots and pigmentation, dehydration and dull appearance as well as scars & stretch marks.

Is there any down time?

In short no, the skin may feel a little sensitive at first but you can return to normal daily activities immediately. It is recommended to avoid sun exposure and exercise immediately afterward the treatment.

Is it painful?

No, most clients find it quite relaxing. The needling almost feels similar to the microdermabrasion that may feel slightly abrasive on the skin.

How many treatments will I need?

For best results we recommend a course of 6 treatments, 1 month apart followed up with maintenance visits.
